Locked Room Terms and Conditions

  • We are on a tight schedule, please plan to show up 15 minutes prior to your start time. If you are late we may need to reduce your play time or reschedule for a different day.
  • We reserve the right to remove customers without a refund from our location if they are intoxicated or consuming alcohol on our facility. Consumption of alcohol at The Locked Room is strictly prohibited.
  • Escape room age restrictions: Children under 6 years of age are strictly prohibited from being in any of our escape rooms. Participants between the ages of 6-11 are permitted to play the escape rooms, but must have at least one adult (18+) in the group.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or changes made to bookings more than 48 hours away: We will fully refund your purchase to the credit card that was used when making the booking. You can cancel your booking by logging into your account page here: www.lockedroomomaha.com/my-bookings Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of start time: No refunds will be provided, but we can either reschedule your booking to a different time or provide you’re account with a full credit to use towards a future booking. You can change your booking to a new time here: www.lockedroomomaha.com/my-bookings or email us at: bookings@lockedroomomaha.com to request a credit to your Locked Room account for the booking.
  • No shows: A booking is considered a no-show if we aren’t notified about a booking cancellation at least 1 hour prior to the start of the booking. No refunds or credit will be given for no shows. If your group does have a cancellation or partial cancellation please email us at: bookings@lockedroomomaha.com at least 1 hour prior booking start time to receive Locked Room Omaha credit towards a future booking.
